Payments will be made strictly through paypal via invoices and will be paid in USD.

I do not accept refunds and would prefer you come and talk to me if any problem occurs.

Payment plans are available for offers over $200, with a discussed downpayment. Downpayment is nonrefundable!

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission/offer AND have asked for payment.

You acknowledge that I'm a digital artist and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

As the artist i still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects.

Credits to me @artsperge or a link tracing back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

Any edits can be made during the sketching phase; once the draft is approved i start working to completion. All edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees.

No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); my art, wether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I also strictly prohibit usage of my illustrations for AI learning.

My work is for private use only, meaning i do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless previously otherwise accorded. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.

Please save a copy of your commission, just in case I have to remove the original file from stash. Contact me if you need another copy.

You're welcome to edit the design however you please once you've purchased it and have been transferred to you. Both major and minor edits are fully up to you!

You may not edit the original model

I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms of service.

Write in a clear manner when filling out the commission form.

Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject, the more references I get the better the result will be from what you expect.

You can send a file with all the references of even a Pinterest board, the best that suits you !

Once the sketch is done I will send you a WIP via email, Any edits can be made during the sketching phase in a reasonable way. Additionnal revisions afterward will incur additioal fees.

You can ask for the WIP at any time.
